which one did you like?

Ralph Lauren Fall 2012

The first thing i thought when i saw the new Ralph Lauren collection was, did someone called Mr Holmes? 

Refined masculinity, British chicness, hats, plaid, argyles,  stripes, fur, feathers, leather, sequins. 

Lust, glamour, elegance. Everything but balanced.  

Ralph Lauren has that traditional, aristocratic feel to it, 

and as always staying true to their madison high society label.

Marchesa RTW falll 2012

Ok, i know you guys don't fancy me posting runway shows but you must understand is the spirit of the season! i was containing myself when the Paris FW was but i just can't right now, specially when one of my favourite brands had their show yesterday. I'm talking about Marchesa. Once again they blown me away with their designs.

With a nineteenth century inspiration, embroidered tulles, amazing lace, and romanticism all over the place, the models in Vogue's words "as a choir of angels" showed the gowns at the palm court of the Plaza Hotel.

It's true what they say, the red carpet season is also open and i bet we'll see some of these glamorous attires under the Hollywood skies shinning in all its glory. 

Zac Posen Fall RTW 2012

We all know one of the best Fashion weeks is going on right now, lovely New York is once again filled with fashionistas from all over the world dressed in their best garments to welcome a new season of  high fashion and inspiration. I've seen lots of shows i like, but as usual, Zac Posen's runway was astonishing.

I made a collar from scratch after going on a shirt hunting and not liking them at all. 

I have lots of cute fabrics and since i used my own pattern i'll be making more of these.
