Christmas Gift Guide

Mañana es nochebuena. Si si, ya se. increíble. Es alucinante lo rápido que se pasó el año, cada vez el tiempo pasa más rápido. Tengo mil MIL cosas que hacer porque por si no saben, el sábado que viene es la Gala De Navidad del CHP  por lo que estoy corriendo para todos lados. Igualmente no quería dejar de postear esto para ustedes que si son como yo, aún no compraron los regalos de navidad y no tienen idea que regalar. Les vengo a salvar el día con una guía de regalos de último minuto que se ajusta a varios presupuestos! Si no festejan navidad, esto también sirve para cumpleaños o regalos del día de la madre, padre, del amigo, etc.  A mi personalmente no me gusta que me regalen ropa porque tengo un gusto complicado y por lo general nada me gusta, así que traté de que estas opciones sean alejadas de lo típico. Y además sirven tanto para mujer como para hombre! Espero que les sirva y si regalan alguno de estos me avisan! Muchas gracias por todo el amor, como siempre y Felices Fiestas para todos!

Tomorrow is Christmas. I know right?! I cannot believe how fast the year went by, i feel like times goes by faster each year. I have sooooooo many things to do but i still wanted to post this for you (also, yay for English posts again!). If you are anything like me and you leave your shopping for last minute, this is for you. This guide is budget friendly and gender neutral too. If you don’t celebrate Christmas, this would still work for any other day. I hope you like it and if you use any of these ideas please let me know! Thanks for all the love and happy holidays!

1.-Té. El té es genial y para mi es un excelente regalo, hay lugares como El Gato Negro que tienen riquísimos blends en hebras y a precios súper razonables (algo de $20 los 100gr que sirve para unas 10 tazas). También pueden hacer su propio blend si se animan. Mi té favorito es el Earl Gray y me gusta tomarlo con leche. Para verano el té verde con limón frío es genial y para invierno el chai va como piña. Pueden ponerlo en una cajita linda y estoy segura que los amantes del té los van a amar.  Bonus: tazas, difusores, teteras.  (funciona lo mismo con café). 

1.-TEA. Tea is awesome and a great gift too. You can buy delicious blends fairly cheap or make your own blend. My fave tea is Earl Gray and i like to have it with milk. In summer, great tea with lemon rocks and for winter, a nice chai is kickass. You can put it in a cute box and i’m sure they will love it. You can also give anything tea-related like cups or infusers. (also works with coffee) 

2.-LIBROS. Leer es algo maravilloso y recibir libros como regalo para mi siempre es algo especial. Regalar tu libro favorito con una dedicación especial, dice mucho de uno. Si gustan de libros de moda, estos son ideales.

2.-BOOKS. Reading is marvellous and getting books as gifts to me is a very special thing. Giving your favourite book with a special dedication speaks a lot. If you like fashion books, these are great.

3-Fundas para celular. Con esto deben saber qué celular usa la persona en cuestión, están menos de 150 pesos (que es bastante pero se pueden conseguir a menos). Hay de varios motivos para todos los celulares y son muy divertidos. 

3-Cellphone cases. You do need to know what cellphone the person uses but they are so fun and cute i can’t even. 

4-Merchandising. Si saben que esa persona es fan de algún libro/película/serie, algo genial para regalar es merch. Saben que yo soy remil fan de Potter y si hay algo que me gusta que me regalen, son cosas de Potter. No importa lo que sea. Quality Store tiene montones de replicas de muchas series, libros y películas que su amigo o amiga nerd seguramente quiere.

4.- Merchandising. If you know your friend is fan of any book, movie or show, something awesome to give is fan merch. You know i’m a huge potter freak so i love aything potter related as a gift. Doesn’t matter what it is. You can buy stuff like this at Hot Topic if you are in the US or obviously, online. 

5.-Lentes de Sol. Estos son mis accesorios favoritos, tengo muchos muchos y siempre quiero más. Estos son de Gold Soul pero pueden conseguir unos geniales por nada más que $50 en la calle o en mil lados, realmente estan en todas partes. 

5.- Sunnies. They are my fave accessory, i own a bunch and i always want more. These ones are from Gold Soul, totes recommended since they have the best collection ever.

6-Caramelos. Algo que me gusta mucho hacer y se adecúa para todos los presupuestos, es regalar caramelos o golosinas en alguna caja o frasco bonito. Poner un poco de todo y de la golosina favorita de la persona, si saben cual es, junto a una notita y listo. Todos amamos los caramelos.

6.-Candy. Something i love to do and it’s very budget friendly is giving candy as a gift. You can use a cute box or jar. Put a nice mix of everything with the person’s fave candy and a note, that’s it. Everyone loves candy. 

7-Galletitas. (o regalos comestibles parte 2). Si se te da bien la cocina, regalar algo hecho a mano es genial. Es personal y amoroso y aunque no lleva mucho tiempo, igualmente demuestra esfuerzo y cariño.

7.-Cookies. (or edible gifts part 2). If you do well in the kitchen, gifting anything handmade is great. It is personal and loving and even though it doesn’t take a lot of time, it shows effort and care. 

8.-Productos de baño. Esto es algo muy lindo para regalar porque invita a relajarse y darse un tiempo para uno mismo. Las sales de baño, para hacer burbujas o aceites son grandes ideas y por lo general vienen en sets por lo que también es algo muy completo. Si la persona no tiene bañadera, también podemos optar por cremas, difusores de olor o velas.

8-Bath products. This is a very things thing to give because it invites the person to relax and have a little me-time. Bath salts, bubbles and oils are great ideas ans they often come in sets so it’s a very complete gift too. If the person does not have a bathtub, you can go with creams, scent diffusers or candles. 

9.-Artículos de libreria. Si conocen a la persona y saben que disfruta de dibujar, regalar artículos de librería es genial porque suelen ser caros y muy necesarios para ellos. Pueden ser lápices, fibras, pinceles, de todo! Tambíen se pueden acompañar de un lindo cuaderno o set de hojas. Si por el contrario ustedes son los artistas, regalar arte siempre es lindo. En caso de que ninguna de las dos opciones aplique, actualmente se venden libros para colorear para adultos que ayudan a reducir el stress y a mejorar la concentración (real). Pueden regalar uno de estos junto con unos lápices y listo!

9-Art supplies. If you know the person and you know they enjoy drawing or paiting, you can give them art supplies since they are usually kind of expensive and much needed. It can be pencils, brushes, anything! You can also give them with a cute notebook or paper. And if the artist is you, giving art is always nice. If none of these situations apply, nowadays adult colouring books are very popular. They help out with stress and concentration, you can get one of these and a set of colouring pencils and you are done.
